Brian DiCola, a Penn State-bound senior at Hatboro-Horsham High in Pennsylvania, followed his 5,000-meter victory with a fourth-place finish in the boys championship mile in 4:07.66 at New Balance Nationals Outdoor at Franklin Field in Philadelphia.
